It's typical E-town: Fed today, gone tomorrow. NBN offers its condolences to the latest restaurants forced to skip town. They join the venerable ranks of Wings Over Evanston, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave's Italian Kitchen and other legendary chow chains that once called the North Shore home.
