Located on South Campus near downtown Evanston, Willard's original location in the sorority quad is under renovation during the 2016-17 school year. With that, the residential college community affectionately known as "Wooshack" will be moved to the 1835 Hinman building while repairs are made to the old building. The community, once home to Stephen Colbert and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, will pick up in its new home, including Fran's Cafe, which will serve as the late-night dining location for South Campus residents this year. Hinman’s five stories give an almost clear view of Lake Michigan. The two lounges on the first floor equipped with a TV, billiards table, piano and a multitude of seating areas heighten Hinman’s cozy feel. Hinman’s suite-style living arrangements add to its homey atmosphere with a lounge and bathroom per six rooms and two kitchens per floor.
